You can email us with the upgrade request, and we will get straight to work!

In addition, you have opted for exclusive placement with Businessforsale.eu. For at least the first four weeks after this email we do not intend to publish your profile on other websites. For a non-exclusive placement we charge a fee. Please contact us for this. On a No Cure - No Pay basis Businessforsale.eu spends a lot of time and care on each sales profile and for non-compliance of exclusivity we have therefore agreed a penalty clause.

2. Contact with buyers

We stress here the importance of regularly logging in and providing buyers with a response as soon as possible. A proactive attitude of the seller often leads to a good deal the quickest!

Normally you can expect the first responses within 24 hours. It is good to realize in advance that a large proportion of buyers will not be interested after seeing the initial information. This is perfectly normal because until then they didn't know which company it is, so don't let that put you off. With the parties that retain their interest, you then stand a good chance!

We send you only the questions that potential buyers ask. IF you want to see all contact requests, log into your Businessforsale account. Of course, you can also proactively approach these parties yourself (tip!). 

3. Still to be done by you (if not yet done)

In the menu in your account you will also find the option 'uploads'. Here you can add documentation to your profile for buyers who have signed the confidentiality agreement. (For example, your sales brochure and/or annual reports). In our experience, your sales process runs most efficiently when you share as much information as possible with your selected buyers at an early stage. 

Once you are moving towards a sale, it is wise to record the agreements in detail. This prevents trouble later! On our platform you will find standard contracts for online business takeovers as well as good lawyers who can support you at a competitive rate.
